had the interview on may 20th, 2025. basic question about marriage and then security questions. had to change my mother’s D.O.B and update on current place of work on 485 and took the signature. handed a white paper saying need more time for decision and wait for 120 days. been 7 months since the interview and the case status still says interview was scheduled; never changed since the initial interview was scheduled. confused and frustrated🤯

I submitted my RFE(I-693) response which was officially received by USCIS on November 18, 2025 , however, I noticed that there is a system update on December 12, 2025 stating we will review the evidence. Why does this update appear even though my response was already received on November 18 and why has my case not been approved yet? What typically happens next in such cases?

EAD got approved finally

after few months of contacting USCIS through congressional inquiry , congressman decided to submit expedited request 2 weeks ago with nothing but the problem with case inquiry tool online 🤓 processing time was showing first day for inquiry 4 th October 2025 don’t worry and talk to the congressman every month
