Hi everyone, i am in process of applying Vawa with help of paralegal. My asylum case is pending and i have asylum based EAD its expiring in March 2025 and my individual hearing is in April 2026. Just received a RFE on my 4 cases (mine, my wife and 2 kids). I’m assuming this is for medical, which I didn’t file initially. Wondering if it’s normal that they ask for medical before you case becomes current? i will be current on July2024. PD Jan 2023. I 140 approved April 2023.
