They informed a while ago that they gonna be moving quarterly so. January should be the month where there is movement, even if little. They better move 2 months advance at least, otherwise, i dont know what the fridge they’re doing.

@Jack Nguy moving quarterly ? i just wonder that they did not even move any at all in this quarter. it just depents on how much backlog they are facing. Do not believe in moving quarterly.

@Young Nguyen ironically it only retrogress in the last 5 months, really this is really done, we are cooked. This is not even a backlog anymore, it is a freezing, they don’t want to move

@Jack Nguy I’m waiting from being patient to being hopeless, all this backlogs probably from Consular Processing since they process with their whole family.

Even AOS cases have multiple dependents now. Single applicants should have priority.

@Still Waiting I have 2 dependents and I’m AOS… I hope not (that I don’t loose preference because of this too)😅 Being in line is already hard. I believe that we both feel the same… Same disappointment, same disbelief, same sadness… 😅 If I tell you how hard is being for my family and how much we are struggling… I understand people that are not happy with dependents… But I just needed to point this.. it’s not easier for us either 😔

@bored ape it was mentioned last year on the bulletin for 2024. But they didn’t mention this on this one for 2025. I’m not sure if this is the reason why they are not moving..

they are literally not moving because of consular cases because they are unable to schedule interviews for EB3(EW) applicants that’s the reason for not moving forward and clearing the backlog. once the consular backlog is cleared for PD20&21 then there might be some positive news

@bored ape it has to be somewhere in the previous visa bulletin im pretty sure. They wont be moving monthly but as quarterly going forward. Thats why starting in Oct 2024 where they didnt move, I suspect the whole first quarter (Oct-Dec) they wont be moving too. Thats why Dec 2024 has no movement. You dont have to trust my info. Just something I recalled from previous bulletins. I think there is a high chance of movement even little in Jan 2025. Lets keep our chins up!
