O-1A / EB-1A
My O-1A petition was transferred on 10th April 2024 to California service center. How long does it take to get a response? [timeline on USCIS showed 3 months in 80% cases in California until last month]
Meanwhile my Eb-1A is approved but the 797C notice states I cannot file adjustment of status right now. I believe its because I am currently waiting to hear from the USCIS on my O-1A.
Would appreciate if people can share their O-1A timeline.

I contacted Emma this morning and said that my case was approved but I haven’t received any approval letter on my account and either a notification on the app. Also decided to call uscis and the agent told me uscis hasn’t send a notification letter yet…. i don’t even know what to think anymore.🥺

My kids was approved as derivative on my VAWA application, my son living here in the states received his work Authorization, my son that is living outside the state. I haven't received anything for him, can anyone explain the process for his application please. do I have to do anything now #vawa #derivative
Finally approved after RFE and interview
Timeline attached. I was surprised by many things in the process including 0) EB1 seeing massive retrogression right after i applied 1) RFE for i485J when i was self petitioning 2) Interview which is rare for EB1 and 3) No approval during the interview or within the next one.
Better late than never!

Hello good people I decided to call uscis over my prolonged case, the representative did tell me a request of an interview has been requested to the scheduling department but has not set the date yet! Mind you previously two of my interviews have been cancelled to a reason they say due to unavoidable circumstances! on the other hand in my timeline information, there is a timeline for processing time a tabulation of the order of events says interview completed and the current timeline is case decision pending , so my question is what’s actually the next step. Our 3rd marriage anniversary shall be on August 21! it’s been 950 days of waiting 🤞

I traveled abroad recently and I did not face any issues on the way back. The officer just verified the documents and stamped Paroled. JFK-Terminal 1. No questions were asked so no worries if you are planning to have some trips out of the US.
