@Kingsley B I've already looked into doing that the lawyer advised against it since it still technically in the 36 month time frame and I've done multiple service request all with the same response "currently processing still in normal timeframe waiting for interview

@K Grant well check you processing time and im sure you are out of the processing time period already...did you call them ...wooo im married to a us citizen as well its totally crazy not to hive you an answer all this 3 years almost

@fernando p yeah I've called them just said they're waiting for a interview to be scheduled

@K Grant did your progress tab changed recently? because my PD is August 2022 and my progress went from 2 of 4 to 3 of 4 “case decision” I never got an interview. I contacted Emma and they say there's nothing stating that my interview is waived. My case has been sitting at the Brooklyn FO for 11 months now. 🤦‍♀️

@Baby Love I had my congressman reach out to them and said it's still processing and waiting for a interview to be scheduled been 144 days

@K Grant woo good luck this is kind of frustrating people who never commit any crime and do good things for this country is waiting and other people who never do anything for this country they are on the line already or even better get everything

@fernando p at this point I'm just sitting with my hands tied. I've tried just about everything I can afford and all of them say the same. I'm gotta wait my turn 😭😭
