Case Approved
After Almost 18 months, Case finally approved 🙏
This is just a post to encourage us all to be patient. I know sometimes it can seem like a long and arduous process, trust me, I know bcos I have been there, I was literally checking the USCIS website everyday for almost 18 months, but it’ll be totally worth it in the end.
It took about 18 months to have my condition on residence removed, but I’m relived that my case was finally approved. Good luck everyone

I-824
Hi Guys,
I have received my I-130 approval on 24th August 2022 after waiting for good 22 months for this day however on the approval letter they asked me to file for I-824 because i choose both the options of AOS and immigration visa overseas i guess. i have filed for I-824 because i didnt want to delay my process even a single day now as its quite frustrating that i again i have to go through the waiting period and have heard that this a least priority form in USCIS.
Any suggestions to what can be done parallel to I-824 processing period to get my approved petition sent to NVC
P.S. i sent mail to USCIS yesterday i.e., Sept, 6th 2022.#I-824 #i824 #i-130 #NVC
Alhamdulillah! finally I’m done 🎉🥳
after a long process I’m finally done from everything and I’m officially a citizen.
don’t lose hope and keep trying.
my advice is if they gave you an appointment and later they canceled it JUST SHOW UP in case of anything becuase the system sometimes do weird stuff and that helped me a lot.
keep praying and it will be done sooner than what you think.

I824 still pending
I got my i130 approved but uscis retained it because I made a mistake by selecting AOS and consulate processing. They asked me to file in the i824 of which I did since on 06/07/2022. I received an email from an Uscis officer on September the 1st that my case has been sent to NVC. I checked the i824, it is still pending. My uscis online account case status has not changed. My question is — is my case really sent to NVC or is just a mistakenly sent email? Anyone in this kind of situation?
I-485 approved
category eb3, at first we didn’t have premium processing for I-140 but we decided to upgrade out of pocket and 2-3 weeks later case was transferred to NBC and approved after next 2-3 weeks. our ead was approved around month ago, ap never approved. if anyone has any questions let me know!
