hi ,my case was approved about 11 weeks ago but we did not get approval letter .(i-30 spouse greencard )
case is stil on uscis not sent to nvc yet .what should we do...? please suggest

what does your approval notice say? Has uscis mentioned they sent your case to NVC or they retained your case?

you need to see your approval notice. what it says. just try to get your approval notice. it should be there online in your account or call uscis to know what's in your approval notice
