A long wait
finally my attorney’s OutOfprocessing time SR filed July15th2022 helped to get a response from uscis. They committed a 60days decision & got my status change. Other out of processing time SR&ER that I filed were denied. 1st time EAD filed concurrently with h1 and h4 extension.

Hello community! After 4 years and a half finally my work card is being produced. Before i met my husband I applied for U visa because I was a victim of crime. Its been a long long journey to get work permit card because I married my husband 3.5 years and half when he was a LPR and now he became a US citizen we filed for my I-130 and adjustment of status 2.5 years ago and I only have my I-130 approved and now that my husband became US citizen in March this year, we could submit my adjustment of status and still waiting for combo card and our interview to be scheduled.
Unfortunately I live in New Jersey and Newark office is one of the most busiest in the country and that's why my inmigration journey with my family based petition is been so long for now knowing that my work card based on my U Visa case is being produced is a huge relief and hope that my life in this country is going to get better.
