Card Was Mailed To Me
On February 17, 2021, we mailed your new card for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status
interview was scheduled for February 9th. went with my wife. immigration officer
called my wife in and left me in the waiting room. he only asked my wife for her ID which was drivers license. IO ASKED THE FOLLOWING QUESTION TO MY WIFE
where did we meet
when did your hunsband entered the US
when did you move in together
what is your husband’s name
when did your relationship start romantic
when was our last vacation
what was the last time we did something together
what assets and liabilities do you have together.
what is the relationship of our co-spornsor.
who are we leaving with, when are did we decide to live together.
Lasted for 5 minutes and my wife came out and I went in with the officer. I got asked these questions
what is my wife’s name
where are we living? are we living with anyone else
where did we meet
when did our relationship start romantic
do I have any kids
when did I enter the US
when did we move in together
how long was our engagement
my last entry into the US.
my previsous jobs
when my visa expired
relationship with co sporonsor
I feel like I over prepared the IO only ask for my passport and ID driver license. I have all joint documents like bank statement lease agreement. wifi bill, car insurance phone bill pictures together but guess what... the office didn’t ask for any which I was kinda bummed out about. but after the interview he gave me a white piece of poet saying he can’t approve me right now he has review all our documents and stuff and would send notice if anything else is needed . I went home and on Friday the 12th around noon I receive an email that new card has been produced. man I’m the happiest man alive today. I filled by myself I read all online key things I’ll advice. put everything single documents together when filling. I’m delisghted. just be patient I don’t have to call uscis ones during the whole
process. I waited patiently and pray.
