Finally status changed to new card been produced.
Hi guys! All prays are due to God, The most kind the most Merciful.
After two weeks from interview, my status finally shows, card been produced, (no approval status on i-130 though).
It was a long tiring and heart aching journey. I had assumed that my marriage is 20 years old with USC and have three Citizen adult kids too.Been interviewed in my home country while reporting my kids birth abroad. I was told it'll take only 4-6 months to get my green card, but it took almost 2.5 years. Initially USCIS returned my Application thrice without any valid reason stating fee might not be correctly filed( Started filing in Dec,2018). lastly case was received. Here's the timeline.
Case Received: Sept 6,2019
Biometric: Oct 2019
EAD: May 2020

Interview Scheduled: Feb 2, 2021

I wish you all, the best of luck, stay patience and have a firm faith.

APPROVED!!!
Don’t even know where to start. I’m sooooooo happy!!! long story short. Submitted both i130 & i485 May 23, 2018. Been to two interviews Feb 6, 2019 and Aug 14, 2019. second one was a stoke interview. During the second interview, the IO tried to discourage my wife about moving forward with her application. Said all manner of things like if they approve me they wont be able to reverse it if she changes her mind later. That she should dump the application. But my wife refused. After we left the interview we’ve made several SRs, calls, letters and even congressmen. Until this month I got fed up and decided to sue USCIS. So my lawyers sent them a letter this Monday saying if they don’t adjudicate my case by the end of this month that they will be suing them first week of April. Lo and behold my case got updated today saying case approved. Damn!!! At last!!! I’m so happy. Been parting all day haha. Never give up guys. Use all means necessary. Sue the F outta USCIS if you can! Best of luck!

Card Was Mailed To Me
On February 17, 2021, we mailed your new card for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status
interview was scheduled for February 9th. went with my wife. immigration officer
called my wife in and left me in the waiting room. he only asked my wife for her ID which was drivers license. IO ASKED THE FOLLOWING QUESTION TO MY WIFE
where did we meet
when did your hunsband entered the US
when did you move in together
what is your husband’s name
when did your relationship start romantic
when was our last vacation
what was the last time we did something together
what assets and liabilities do you have together.
what is the relationship of our co-spornsor.
who are we leaving with, when are did we decide to live together.
Lasted for 5 minutes and my wife came out and I went in with the officer. I got asked these questions
what is my wife’s name
where are we living? are we living with anyone else
where did we meet
when did our relationship start romantic
do I have any kids
when did I enter the US
when did we move in together
how long was our engagement
my last entry into the US.
my previsous jobs
when my visa expired
relationship with co sporonsor
I feel like I over prepared the IO only ask for my passport and ID driver license. I have all joint documents like bank statement lease agreement. wifi bill, car insurance phone bill pictures together but guess what... the office didn’t ask for any which I was kinda bummed out about. but after the interview he gave me a white piece of poet saying he can’t approve me right now he has review all our documents and stuff and would send notice if anything else is needed . I went home and on Friday the 12th around noon I receive an email that new card has been produced. man I’m the happiest man alive today. I filled by myself I read all online key things I’ll advice. put everything single documents together when filling. I’m delisghted. just be patient I don’t have to call uscis ones during the whole
process. I waited patiently and pray.
