Case Approved
finally approved! Worth to read specially if your FO is Charlotte NC
after a year and 2 month finally got approved, it all started when they kept my case too long at NBC stopped with a RFE for affidavit, I started complaining calling USCIS INFOPASS and making inquries two of them to be exact, in September they finally move my case to Charlotte FO, I went there and explained that I wanted an emergency parole to travel in November so they told me to wait until and send to do my medical and keep waiting, since I didn’t want to ask for the parole, we contact senator Tom Tillis, best decision of my life, they sent an email asking for our case and after a week my case was move to RFE for the medical exam, I went the same day to the doctor and after a week I sent it back to USCIS, my tracking number said it was delivered but didn’t receive a notice, the Senator assistant sent another email and after a week they response and said that they didn’t receive, the same day she send them the tracking number, they looked it up and that same day after 3 hours they approve my case, she also say that I will have to wait like two weeks to receive the GC if no I can call her again to solve the issue since I need the GC to travel at the end of November. Also I want to add the avoid our marriage interview even tho we have no kids and less than a year of marriage, what we had is 6 years as a couple and bank accounts and lease together, here at Charlotte they are trying to avoid these interviews to gain more time since they are behind. I can only say thanks to this community because everything I did to speed my case was because I read it here.
Important thing to say, we are not in a potilical party or something like that, we were just asking for help as a US citizen(my husband) not more!

How long does it take for the NVC to issue the Visa after USCIS approves your petition
hello !
my case was applied through I-130, I was out in the category F4 and last year in FEB I received an email by USCIS the my petition has been approved and my case is being transferred to NVC for further processing, but since then I haven’t received any word from them.
How long does it normally take for NVC to issue you the visa ?

Hello, we already have our appointment for the interview in Mexico City this November 4th and does anyone know what happens after the interview, do they stamp your fiance's passport to be able to travel that day or the next day? or how does that work? since we do not expect any type of visa because we will process it after we get married in the USA since we only have 90 days, if anyone knows please share your experience or information, Thank you🙏

It was such a hard but at the end a fruitful journey. finally card is here. 🎁
Just an advice to others never to give up. Almost was about to returned frack to my country from the Airport when I first arrived in thr US in 2017. Got locked in detention up for 3 months in 2018 for overstaying during Trump presidency. Many of my friends got deported but I got bonded out for $15,000, Money paid by NGO as i barely had nothing then. Fast forward. Make calls however you can, use every means you can to fasten your process because USCIS staffs sits in your process not knowing damages that may cause.

The day I decided to pamper myself
I have been in this country as an international student since 2016. I received my EAD/AP a little over a month ago but wanted to maintain my status so I continued school. I decided to do my nails this evening. Randomly decided to check my status while on my way home and got this amazing news! I can visit home now with no extra worries!!! I thought I would be waiting until next year or two.
