Hello everybody, i have been approved many days ago , now I just wanted to know how much time does it take to start the next step of the process with the NVC since there is no long that I've been approved and I’ve also seen that they’ve sent my case to the Department of State for visas processing.

Documents approved by NVC
Hi all,
Petition for parents.
it’s been two months after NVC approved all of my civil documents. NVC said they will contact US Embassy in Mumbai, India and will schedule an interview. It is 2 months but the interview is not scheduled.
How long do they take to schedule an interview in India?
I give thanks to God for everything. Finally, after 10 months, I got approved for EAD & AP at the same time.

finally approved! Worth to read specially if your FO is Charlotte NC
after a year and 2 month finally got approved, it all started when they kept my case too long at NBC stopped with a RFE for affidavit, I started complaining calling USCIS INFOPASS and making inquries two of them to be exact, in September they finally move my case to Charlotte FO, I went there and explained that I wanted an emergency parole to travel in November so they told me to wait until and send to do my medical and keep waiting, since I didn’t want to ask for the parole, we contact senator Tom Tillis, best decision of my life, they sent an email asking for our case and after a week my case was move to RFE for the medical exam, I went the same day to the doctor and after a week I sent it back to USCIS, my tracking number said it was delivered but didn’t receive a notice, the Senator assistant sent another email and after a week they response and said that they didn’t receive, the same day she send them the tracking number, they looked it up and that same day after 3 hours they approve my case, she also say that I will have to wait like two weeks to receive the GC if no I can call her again to solve the issue since I need the GC to travel at the end of November. Also I want to add the avoid our marriage interview even tho we have no kids and less than a year of marriage, what we had is 6 years as a couple and bank accounts and lease together, here at Charlotte they are trying to avoid these interviews to gain more time since they are behind. I can only say thanks to this community because everything I did to speed my case was because I read it here.
Important thing to say, we are not in a potilical party or something like that, we were just asking for help as a US citizen(my husband) not more!
