Case Approved

finally approved! Worth to read specially if your FO is Charlotte NC
after a year and 2 month finally got approved, it all started when they kept my case too long at NBC stopped with a RFE for affidavit, I started complaining calling USCIS INFOPASS and making inquries two of them to be exact, in September they finally move my case to Charlotte FO, I went there and explained that I wanted an emergency parole to travel in November so they told me to wait until and send to do my medical and keep waiting, since I didn’t want to ask for the parole, we contact senator Tom Tillis, best decision of my life, they sent an email asking for our case and after a week my case was move to RFE for the medical exam, I went the same day to the doctor and after a week I sent it back to USCIS, my tracking number said it was delivered but didn’t receive a notice, the Senator assistant sent another email and after a week they response and said that they didn’t receive, the same day she send them the tracking number, they looked it up and that same day after 3 hours they approve my case, she also say that I will have to wait like two weeks to receive the GC if no I can call her again to solve the issue since I need the GC to travel at the end of November. Also I want to add the avoid our marriage interview even tho we have no kids and less than a year of marriage, what we had is 6 years as a couple and bank accounts and lease together, here at Charlotte they are trying to avoid these interviews to gain more time since they are behind. I can only say thanks to this community because everything I did to speed my case was because I read it here. Important thing to say, we are not in a potilical party or something like that, we were just asking for help as a US citizen(my husband) not more!
