yes if the sponsor is a us citizen the interview date is sooner. because visa is unlimited. and cases with the sponsor with green card are limited visa and takes longer to get their interview date

As far as I’m concerned I don’t think it’s unfair. citizens and LPR can’t have the same rights at the same extent. This is the same thing everywhere else in the world!

except the w2 which financial documents we also need to submit!? and is it obligatory to join a sponsor ?

when the person is regular in payments, regular with the law, he is the same as others, this is unfair for him!

ar ar people rights are not only based on their assets or financial considerations. Neither based on their compliance to the law. As long as we consider there are lots of countries over the world with differents laws, it’s easier to get that citizens must be treated more differently than others.
