Sharing timeline NYC Queens Spouse to USC
Sharing timeline and interview experience in NYC Queens PD 8/5/2020.
We were interviewed for almost 45 minutes. most of them was about my previous Visas as F1, J1, B1/B2 as I was in and out of the country quite a bit. I showed all of my records DS2019, I-20, photocopy of visas, all EADs. we were barely asked any relationship questions just when did we get married, what does my husband do, do we have kids together, does any of us have kids prior to getting married. And then the yes/no questions on i485.
Proof of bonafide marriage was very important! we brought joint tax return, photos, insurance, joint lease, joint bank account and credit cards, utilities bills, tickets, and etc. Also, don’t forget your I-693 medical exam form if you didn’t submit it in the first place. this is also very important!
I didn’t get approved on spot but 2 days later. then I-130 was approved another day later. Greencard in hand about 10 days after the interview.
good luck all!

speeding up I130
Guys,I don't know if this is true.
If you are a us citizen and already file I130 for your spouse living outside of the country but not approved yet,it seems like you can submit I129F and get you approve faster.
At least that what I see a lot of people are doing and most of them are getting positive results
