Case Approved
Daughter's Ead application
I checked my USCIS account today and the EAD status changed to 'New Card Being Produced' for myself and my wife. My daughter's application did not change from "case received."
I filled our I485 and I 765 together and was received on March 22, 2021. We all did the biometrics together the same day on June 29. I have a pending I-140 (EB2-NIW, Texas) with a receipt date of December 28, 2020. Questions:
1) Is USCIS going to process my daughter's ead?
2) When is that likely going to be, if "yes" to questions 1?
3) Any idea when USCIS will send rfe for medicals for our 1-485?
4) Has anyone with a pending I-140 ( eb2 NIW, Texas), December 28, 2020, received approval?
Thank you!

Case approved
People,
I had the interview on Oct 21 and I was approved on spot. Thank God.
After 10minutes I left the building, the app Lawfully showed me that my case had changed -> ( interview to decision ) This app is really good.
I would like to thank for all help I got from people in this app.
Keep faith and hang in there people.
Good luck for everybody 🙏🏻🍀

Hey everyone,
here’s my very recent update about my EA from USCIS. it says so “On September 24,2021, the post office delivered your new card for receipt number number xxxxx to the address that you gave us. The tracking number assigned is xxxx. I didn’t receive it to my mail yet; how can I contact USCIS please.
p.s. you can check my profile what my case is up to.
Will appreciate your answers.
NEBRASKA UPDATE 💃🏻
After 11 months and 1 day of waiting, I finally got approved for my I-765 and I-131!!!!! New card is being produced. I-485 is still pending. My filing date is November 20, 2020 and I’m EB3.
Great news for my Nebraska filers!
I tried expediting my case before because I’m a nurse and due to financial hardship but got rejected immediately with asking for evidence. I then spoke with my congressman and his office submitted an expedite request. A month or so after that, I got approved.
I believe contacting my congressman helped! so try that if you haven’t yet!!!
Hope things move along quickly for everyone!!!
Stay patient and best of luck to all ❤️❤️❤️

EAD after 9 months
I finally got approved for my EAD after filing since jan 15, 2021. I filed concurrently with my i360, it says nothing about my advance parole being approved but I’m so happy to be able to continue working. best of luck to everyone still waiting.

New SSN Card Required
Tried calling SSA several times with no luck, so here is my question:
Until now I had a SSN card with “DHS WORK AUTH” printed on it. Recently my status got adjusted to a permanent resident. Do I need to apply for a new SSN card? Would my SSN change if I apply? And if the number changes, then would the credits earned towards SS (need 40 to qualify) get transferred to the new number?
I-130 US Citizen Petition for Spouse
We had great luck! Filed I-130 at Nebraska. Received 8/31. First update that case was being actively worked on 10/21, and then received I-130 approval/case closure notice 10/22. Looks like Nebraska is cranking them out! Good luck to all!
