I had my green card interview today at the San Jose field office in Santa Clara country California. it was very smooth and friendly and quick. he just asked how I met my husband. he didn’t take any of the documents I brought and said my file was already complete! and he said congratulations!! it was perfect !
I encourage everyone to invest in a lawyer to make sure ur documents r good since when the file is complete they don’t even bother with asking anything in the interview !!!

Oath Ceremony done!
Hey everyone! I just completed my oath ceremony in Milwaukee. It went very smoothly and quickly. I got there 45mins before my appointment but was only allowed in 30mins before. They checked me in and asked for me to be seated. When all the people with the same appointment time had checked in, they called us into a room and we said the oath of allegiance. I'm very grateful!!
p.s
My advice, when you go in for the ceremony, as them if they can also make certified copies of your certificate. That way you won't have to send in your original certificate with your passport application. just fyi
Work Permit finally approved! However it’s a month before my greencard interview so it’s pretty much useless! Better late than never!

I-485 dependent approved principal pending
Just a very unusual approval happened with my family few days back. I am the principal applicant on employment based eb1 I-485 along with my family wife and two kids. My wife and kids got their I-485 approval and card has been posted in mail. My status is still showing pending. Is it normal or some kind of system glitch with USCIS would appreciate knowing regarding my case
Finally got approved for my Daca reapplication
My documents expired and it took a month and 3 days for it to get approved officially so I have been out of work and with no driver’s license since then. In total it took about 5- 6months to process. Finally here, now I am just waiting on the physical paperwork and EAD card to come in so I may return to somewhat of a normal life again.
