My interview was Nov 10 at 9.50 . we arrived at the FO Denver Co. 30 minutes early we met our lawyer and go through few things together, at 9.50am we were called for interview by a lady, she was nice we went through my form thn he asked basic questions like: what join stuff do you have together?
we did not have any bank acc together
no joint utilities
no health insurance
.where we first met?
.when did we started dating?
when did we get married and where?
any future plans?
so I filled my i.130 in Oct 2018 and it was approved Feb 2020
thn I filled I 485 in March 2020.
after interview the officer told us to wait for 2 weeks she will review my case but after few hours my status change to new card is being produced thn after 2 days it Changed again to case approved 😀 . All I can say is thank you Lord 😊

Just wanted to share the updates on my file process. I put in an expedited request for Advance parole to USCIS on Sept 30 under humanitarian reasons and was approved and received the combo card today! Had to submit evidence for the expedited request- propf of the humanitarian reasoning.

By God's grace. my Eb2 NIW has been approved in less than 10 months.

New card being produced - EB2 PERM after Conrad 30 J1 waiver
I am a physician and finished a J1 waiver in June 2021. Had 140 approved in June 2020 and applied for AOS on 07/30/2021. Filed medical exam with application. No interview, case never transferred from NBC, did bio at Hartford FO.
The only status update I ever got was from fingerprint fee received to new card being produced. And it happened today, a Saturday. 🤷🏻♂️ Also no EAD/AP.

hi , I applied for my both kids i130 back in march 2021 and I got the approve yesterday but for only one of my kids , I’m so sad I don’t want split my children they back home and waiting on me
what I have to do now , I’m trying to call USCIS I can’t reach them it’s only automatic system I keep crying what I have to do now please help .
