@ji no, this is for special immigrant, under 21 abused or neglected by parents. First I got the I-360 approved and then I subitted i-485 + EAD together

i turn 21 this month, i started my process when i was 17 though. for the i360, you have to be under either 18 or under 21 at the time of filing & approval. after that it doesn’t matter what age you are when you get AOS
