There are 5 members of my family. I am the primary. My youngest and I have received approval for our 485. my youngest also received his EAD. three others are 17,21 and 47 yearly old. We haven’t heard a thing since their biometrics in August. Has anyone gone through the same thing? why would 2 of us get our approval and nothing for others??

FINALLY EAD!!!
After filling SR for out of processing time on January 15th, got congressman to file inquiry, January 25th and filed with Ombudsman on January 28th my EAD has finally been approved!!! I honestly do not know which option helped, maybe they all did in some way, but I'm happy it got approved. Over all, it took about 3 weeks since I initially requested for out of processing time. Now at least I can start working again while I wait for the I-485. I hope everyone gets their approvals soon because these processing delays are really hard to survive!!!
