EAD approved
Just want to share my husband’s EAD status changed to “my new card is being produced” today. Filed last September 29th last year at National Bemefit Center. This office is definitely working their ass off.

I believe they are working more on employment based ones, that’s what I’ve been seeing getting approved. i filled back in June and I did not get ead yet

@Lucas L I also think that they process or approved your EAD or AOS based on your priority date and your priority date is the date they received your I 140 (employment based) I think its called I 130 in marriage based (not sure). My pd is August 29, 2018.

bug aging, I noticed they stop approving marriage based cases after they approve may, after that I started seeing more employment based approvals. marriage based approvals I only see with expedited.
