Thanks to everyone on this platform. I was approved on the spot. Less than 2 hours after, new card is being produced. the interview went smooth with basic questions from the forms (yes or no). lasted about 10 minutes. @ reem it's wasn't the interview it was when it changed to "case is ready to be scheduled for interview" I know it looks weird my biometrics never registered on this app as well.
