We applied for i-765 EAD c(9) category in December 2021 It is being processed at NBC. However, I did see many posts saying those who applied in Oct 2021 have already received their EAD. So can you please share your receipt date and approved date? I am very curious

Employment based interview experience
Filing: EB1-C
Scheduled for interview at 1:15 PM (Mar 2022) at Jacksonville, FL.
- I(primary applicant) went with wife and 2 kids and are scheduled for the same time
- Entered at 12:55 pm and finished the security check
- Checked in showing the interview notice at front desk
- They gave us the token number and indicated we may be called in a group of 2 and 2 like 1 parent and one kid
- We were asked to wait at the waiting area
- Officer called by my name at 1:20 pm
- He got us to his office room, introduced himself and indicated “I will be making the final decision on your case”
- He took an oath from all of us that we will tell only the truth
Here are the Questions
- Who is the primary applicant?
- Handover me all the documents that you brought with you
- I handed over Employment verification, salary confirmation and promotion letters
- Give me all your ID documents like passport, state Id, driving license, EAD, AP, etc.
- Confirm your address (while he was looking into one of the ID documents)
- After verifying the ids with the application and file for every applicant, he returned all the IDs back to us.
Let's start with the Kids
- Name, birth date and birth place?
- Any changes to be made since the time you applied for AOS like address, SSN, etc.?
- After verifying the application, he asked one of the parent to sign for them
The officer mentioned, kids are done and they can even go out and wait as the parents interview might be boring for them
To both of US: He opened my wife' and my file, side by side
- Do you have any nicknames?
- Name, birth date, birth place, address?
- Since when are you staying in that address?
- Confirm your SSN
- What is your current status? Previous status?
- Were you out of status at any point in time?
- Have you worked without a valid visa or work permit?
- Parents' name and birth place?
- Previous marriage and kids with others?
To Wife: Any change in employment?
- She told all about the change in employment as she started to work after getting the EAD based on AOS
- What is the company?
- Where is it?
- Since when are you working there?
- What is your title/role? Pay?
To Me:
- What is the company you are employed with? Title? Role? Current Pay?
- When did you join the USA? What was your Pay then?
- Where were you working before? How long?
- What was your role before joining the US company?
To Both of us:
- Went through the 8 page questionnaire and mentioned that I'm going to ask once and you both have to respond
- Instead of going through each of the questions, he summarized and asked one question per sub-section.
- If I remember correctly, they are about
- Any group or organizations we are associated with?
- Worked or trained in the military or forces or using weapons?
- Involved in Prostituition, trafficking, etc?
- Any criminal activities or harming anyone, etc?
- Have you committed any crime even if it is not cited, filed, etc?
- Have you ever voted or registered to vote?
- Have you ever claimed to be a US citizen to avail benefits?
We are done here and you people can come and sign. Do you have any questions for me?
Then I asked the officer, when I can expect the next update.
The officer mentioned probably today and will let you know if we need any more documentation.
Then he escorted us back to the waiting area.
