NVC stage
Hello. We already submitted all the documents on CEAC, then we requested an expedite and we received an email back saying that US embassy Manila is willing to expedite our case but we need to wait until we're Documentarily Qualified. How long does it usually take for NVC to approve our documents? TIA.

Thank you. So it will still take 3 months even if we requested an expedite :(( This is frustrating. Aren't they being considerate about the reason of the expedite, especially if it's health reason

that’s weird because expediting at the embassy stage is usually for them to review documents and schedule interview right after you submit the docs.

thats weird if they going to expedite you dont have to wait for it to be qualified

I read someone said that NVC change their protocols due to backlogs caused by the pandemic, and it's so frustrating 😕 I feel like the expedite doesn't make sense right now
