long process
had my interview a week ago. I have been on H1B for 10 years and hold current H1B. it lasted for about 20 minutes. officer asked simple questions - where we met, mandatory yes/no questions, future plans. Didn’t say whether approved or not. Approved after 4 days and card produced in a few days. lawfully helped me in times I was stressed.

EAD approved after 14 months and 6 of unemployment
It's been a true rollercoaster. 1st expedite rejected after 7 days and 2nd after 3 months. 3 months I've been waiting for immigration officer to reject my case and the same day they did, my application came thru. I bet they didn't even look at my application and kept me in the limbo to prevent re-application.
Done! can't wait to go back and do some actual work again!

I got approved yesterday at Hialeah FO!!
Hi guys I just wanna share my good news and my timeline. Hoping for everyones’ good news as well. Feel free to ask me anything and I hope I can be helpful to answer. I am under F1 visa and my husband is USC. The interview was smooth, easy and relaxing. Beside the timeline below, we also got mailing in Dec ‘21 for his additional financial doc aka tax filing since he just graduated and been filling with his family so this is the first time he file tax individually. Got his W2 in Jan and submitted the tax form and received mail from USCIS that they received the evidence in late Jan. We got our interview date notice in April and the interview was on May 19.
Btw, can anyone share with me how long did you guys wait for card to be mailed to your house after case was approved? I cant wait to go back to my hometown after not seeing my family for years due to COVID. Thank you and wish you all the best :)

Picked up my card from my lawyer office today from Falls church, VA. I am so much happy to see GC. Finally going back home on first week of June, 2022 after 14 damn long years. It was a roller coaster ride. Thanks to this lawfully app which give me updates as soon as uscis touch my case. Even though my lawyer didn’t get any updates or notification from uscis but this app send you notifications immediately.
I will probably be back when I am filing citizenship.
Best of luck to all of you who has been waiting patiently to get their GC. Thanks to all FAM!!
