I requested an expedite of my EAD on Monday following a job offer and ending of my post doc in august. I stated “severe financial loss” as the reason . no request for evidence and it was quickly approved. I’m surprised and relieved it was all so fast. hopefully that’s an indication that things are better/more efficient.

Replacement card approval after 111 days
My card was finally produced after 111, after one call on the 5/13 requesting an expedited process literally the next day I received an update that “Card is being produced” so I guess it was worth the try of calling USCIS for an expedite process even though that I didn’t submit any prove. (I guess it was easier since it was just a replacement card)

Happy to share that today my wife's I-485 has been approved. It took exactly 5 months. The interview was yesterday at Mt. Laurel FO, NJ. It was very basic and took only 15 minutes. The officer told us that we will receive the green card within 10 days. We still didn't receive EAD/AP, but we don't need EAD/AP anymore.

My case was transferred second time, from texas to nbc 36 days ago. nbc usually means your local field office. I’ll answer any question you have.

Case approved almost 2 months ago now waiting for NVC welcome letter.
My K1 visa case got approved 2 months ago & we are about to go on 60 days waiting for a NVC welcome letter.
I emailed NVC and they said they received our case and will be sending welcome letter (soon) that was 2 weeks ago. Anyone got a idea when we should be getting a letter?

anyone who has been approved through ciudad Juárez consulate, can you please share how long you waited to receive the email with instructions. it’s been 15 days since approval and I submitted an inquiry last week but have not heard back. i call the consulate and they tell me there’s no timeline and I have to wait. if anyone through ciudad Juárez has been through this I would appreciate knowing how long it took you to receive these instructions please.
