Did you wait 30 days after expediting until next request? or did you just continuously do it?
Nate RaineMay 26, 2022
continuously through Senator and tier 1
baltimore cpaMay 26, 2022
Wow, continuously as in like weekly?
Nate RaineMay 26, 2022
like I would submit an expedite, then congressman and keep expediting after the 5 day grace period upon being denied. however if you do humanitarian through congress it’s instant as my wife did it then I did the same

So you only expedite it again after you receieved denial? but you never did repetitively if you didn't hear anything from USCIS?
