From K1 to GC
Happy to share that today my wife's I-485 has been approved. It took exactly 5 months. The interview was yesterday at Mt. Laurel FO, NJ. It was very basic and took only 15 minutes. The officer told us that we will receive the green card within 10 days. We still didn't receive EAD/AP, but we don't need EAD/AP anymore.

tas smith - the case was through K1 fiancé visa route and I 130 is not required for this process. It was I 129F to get the K1 visa to arrive at USA as fiancé and after that within 90 days need to get married and file for AOS.
