I filed I-140 with Ellis Porter using the expedited package with no LOR. At the time I filed the petition, I had 168 citations with 11 peer-reviewed papers.

Feb 2021 - I485 transfer from NBC to SRC
Mar 2021 - biometrics applied to case

28 Apr 2022 - I485 transfer from SRC to NBC
1 Jun 2022 - New card being produced for primary applicant. RFE issued for dependents
I can only assume that the medicals I submitted were not applied to my dependents cases. I’m getting ready to resubmit their medicals once the RFE letters arrive. But there is light at the end of the tunnel!
Good luck to those of you that are still waiting. Have patience and don’t lose hope!
