Case Approved
Approved Form I-140 stuck in the USCIS since 23 Aug'22
Hi, I got approved in August 2022 in Nebraska, but my case is the same 'Approved' status in the USCIS. It was not sent to NVC. I tried to call and talk with them, but nothing has changed for seven months. Even my premium is over now, and I can't use the premium support number.
1) What should I do?
2) Can I apply for another petition?
3) What about the ombudsman, can he here with that case to push USCIS?

I filed my first application in October 2019. In spring 2020, I paid for premium and got an RFE that rejected all my criteria. After answering to the RFE, the office approved 2 criteria and denied my case. My I-485 fees were also wasted. I realized my lawyer did a bad job and got another lawyer. I also read tons of info about writing the case and refiled it, with no premium, in June 2021. I submitted 7 criteria, 744 pages of evidence total. after 19 months of waiting, my case was approved with no RFE. Good luck everyone.

73 days after USCIS approved our case and still nothing from NVC!
our K1 visa was approved on Nov 22, but we didnt receive the welcome letter from NVC yet, it has been 73 days now. We tried calling NVC, but they suspended this service, we sent online inquiry, but still haven’t heard from them. Anyone with similar experience or any information on how long does this all take?
We thought once USCIS approved, things would go faster…..Really desperate here…….#nvc#k1
