Changing Job
Has anyone worked for a company for over 1 years, changed employment and still successful get a GC? I work for the current employer for over a year, but get tired of waiting for current PD and want to change employment to a closer location to my family. will that be an issue? I'm just afraid about getting interviewed by USCIS or getting fired from new employer? can anyone share their experience? Thank you

Hello platform, last week I contacted a live agent to ask if indeed my lawyer did upgrade my I-130 case from being a resident to a citizen, which I was naturalized since 2022. The agent told me she didn’t see anything like that in the system and made an inquiry for me to upgrade my petition, today I received an email stating to upload my Naturalization certificate. So I guess all those years I was waiting is a waste? All thanks to my lawyer 🤦♂️….I guess that’s why my case was just sitting there and I wasn’t getting any updates! What do you guys think?
Cost of vaccines for i485 application (VAWA)
So I don’t have insurance anymore. I will be paying out of pocket. The first time I got all the vaccines, insurance paid for it. Now I am applying for i485 again. Does anyone know how much these vaccines cost? It’s strange that you can’t find information about it online, whatever little info online I see is very vague.

Interview Scheduling at Cincinnati FO
I have applied N400 at the end of September. Got biometric reuse notification on October 3th, and see that my case was transferred to Cincinnati Field Office. Has anyone got interview schedule at Cincinnati recently, what was your waiting time after biometrics? Please share experiencies

Hi everyone. I applied for i-765 and i-131 at the same time. My i-765 file was approved 27 days after I applied, but will my i-131 file be approved soon? Is anyone in the same situation? Because I read in the forms that the approval of my EAD card alone is not enough for me to leave the country.

Still waiting 2 years and 11 days. Nothing since active review notification on 8-30-24 . Just now realized that after maintenance earlier today progress tab removed from I-130 . Anyone else experiencing same? I know others say it isn’t accurate, but I’m wondering why would it no longer exist.
