Queens Field Office
Good morning dear Community!
I hope we all get approved sooner than expected ! 🍀 does anybody know how long do the Field Offices take to make a decision after the case is transferred to them? mine particularly is at Queens Office but I would like to have a general idea .
Also, just a thought.. I've seen some comments like “you haven’t waited too long enough”, “I've been waiting longer than you” etcetera … that’s not necessary, if we participate in this community is because we all have been through this hard process and that should unite us, only us that have been through immigration process know what it means, not even our spouses (who a lot of times are our petitioners) or families or friends (even though they love us and are here for us) this is a journey that we all have been experiencing and we should support each other, nobody knows what is the whole process that a person has been through to get to this point, in my case my marriage case is new but I did 3 more visa process prior my marriage, and if I ask questions is because I have a good scholarship offer from a College in UK and I wouldn’t like to decline it, but I understand that this things take time and at least I count with all my husband’s support.
Sorry for the extension of this post but I don’t like to see how some people discourage to others with their comments, we know this system is cruel so we don’t need to make it worse.

did any one hear back with the receipt notice ? I haven’t even gotten that one sent for the entire time so far. I called multiple times and finally was able to reach someone who’ll sent me a temporary card (since my GC snf work permit will expire on the 25th). I need some insight and hope from others. since I know that others had it within 2 weeks.
