case status update PD:1/17/24
hi. sorry to ask but i just received an update regarding my case. it says “request for additional evidence”. what does this mean? i font know that to do from here. it has been almost 14 months of “case is actively reviewed” to this. i dont have a clue on what to do next. i dont know what evidence are they requesting. sorry im just clueless. thanks in advance!

Any updates on y’all’s waivers? :/ my husband had his interview and everything approved May 2024 but was found inadmissible bc in 2015 he was caught immediately at the border and deported in 2016 because he didn’t have enough documentation to support his claim for asylum so they gave him a 5 year bar which expired in 2021, so we had to submit the 601 and 212 June 2024 bc the consulate said to.. praying so hard for any kind of news :(

please what can I do ? I was schedule interview in my old address, I move out from the city since 2022, and am very sure they don’t have my file, my files is new address becoz I see it 2week , during info pass appointment, I think is mistake, when they schedule me, I called tire 2 officer and they told me they we cancel it and rescheduled,but have not received any thing, please why can I do??? can I go to my new address local office on the day of the interview or not?????????

I was checking my USCIS account and I checked the documents tab and BOOM 💥 my approval notice was there. 🥹 I did not even get an email from them, so December fillers check your accounts!

Applied to removed condition on my marriage based GC since July 2023, finger printed on July 26 and went back to actively viewing your case. I have been eligible to apply for citizenship since July 2024 Should I apply or wait for my green card to be approved?

i485 - lost expired passport/visa
Im filling i485 and i lost my expired passport with my expired visa, i have pictures of both, but i see in the requirement “submit all entry stamps” which clearly I don’t have (i do have with me valid/current passport and visa though) would this be an issue? can the online i94 for old passport and picture of visa suffice?
