hello I need some help. We contacted congressman and he responded to us with a word file from USCIS saying this:
- USCIS is conducting further review of your case. We cannot provide a timeframe for completion of this additional review. However, once this additional review has been completed, USCIS will take adjudicative action on your case.
Is it normal? sombody else here have received this information also?
Im sorry we have a 1 year old baby, we are suffering too much.

November 2023 PDs are taking longer to get approved than the 2024s. We are still waiting too.

Our case is November 2023 Nebraska service center and we’re still waiting too. We got a RFE and replied to it 124 days ago and nothing.

it took me and my husband 16 months to get approved just have to be patient

@Alejandra Garzón I have l130 approved 2022 and I 485 pending since may 2021 . when i asked senator to help me for enquiry same message you posted is what i got . you may have to file a mendemus by that you can get approval in two weeks . uscis dont care about anyone case .

@freeman 1 what a mandamus is? and how you can do it? we already contacted senator and congressman and nothing. but there is a difference here in our situations. I was married abroad, almost two years of marriage us citizen. so… well…

I was married in my husband country in Africa. We just celebrated our 2 year anniversary on July 19 we are now waiting on interview in his country hopefully soon since we transferred embassy.
