Hello Lawfully Community, I'm looking for guidance here. I'm currently serving in the US Army as an active duty member and am exploring ways to expedite my USCIS case. I filed a petition for my mom to join me in the U.S., ideally before my wedding and a potential permanent ban is placed on Nigeria. My military status and wanting her to live with me are other key factors. Hi do anyone has experience of rescheduling the IVP appointment in Pakistan ( Islamabad Embassy)? I requested for this through USA embassy Islamabad navigator, but still no response? Also can anyone share the details about the maximum period of Administrative approval? Will embassy held the passport?

I have a question hopefully someone here can help me with it.
My wife is currently in El Salvador, Waiting for her I601 Waiver.
We submitted a request to get it expedited due ti my wife being diagnose with cancer.
Its been 5 months and we still havent received any news.
Does anyone know what I can do to speak with someone regarding that .
we sent out letters , Doctors letters , Diagnosis , But we stull havent received any news.
I would really appreciate if anyone can give me any info on this. I’m a US Citizen by the way.
