Houston Field Office - Waiting for interview to be Scheduled
Hi folks,
I was told by Emma Agent that my case was transferred to my local (Houston) field office on March 17th 2024..May I know what is the current wait time at Houston for the interviews. Can anyone share Houston time line if their case is processed here.

thank God we received an update today that my husband’s I-765 case as approved after we wrote our congressman. days prior I received a notification under my I-130 that an action was taken on my case but nothing uploaded as of yet. could it have been related to the work permit?

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for guidance on my U.S. visa case that has been under 221(g) administrative processing at the Mumbai consulate for over 6 months. No documents are requested, and there has been no update since the interview. I raised an inquiry recently, but even that has now gone on hold with no response.
Has anyone faced a similar situation? Is there anything else I can do to get a status update or escalate the case?
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Upgrading Case from Resident to Citizen petitioner
USCIS keeps ignoring our notifications sent my mail, through our lawyer, that I became a citizen ( I originally filed as a resident petiotioner). Has anyone had any success in notifying them? It’s been over a year that I became a citizen and now 3 years since we originally filed. :/ 2 years without any new information.
if so, how were you able to notity them? Help!
it’s been over 18 months and no approval yet. it’s really draining. we contacted congressman and they couldn’t do anything. USCIS said our case is processing normal 🤦♂️
