i485 RFE responds online
Hello everyone,
I have a question about AOS,
On 8/4 I got RFE for i485 and it was about birth certificate. And I am very sure I gave them all they want and it was all authorized by my government.
So I immediately replied the response online before I got the letter.
(I got notification from app and went to MyUSCIS to check the reason of RFE)
And they already received after few hours I responded.
-Now the thing worried me is when I replied I thought “copy the letter of RFE” was for mailing them, if I response it online and they can check other documents including the RFE letter they uploaded, so I didn’t make a copy of the letter with my response. Will it be a big problem? Or should I send again by mail?

I’m currently in F1 status. It’s been 5 months since the approval of my I-140, 2 years since I-485 was filed. My I-485 was transferred to NBC for the second time 2 months ago and my I-20 will expire on September. Can I drop my F1 status / stop going to school?
Any thoughts/same experience?

I-140 denied appealing but need to travel abroad.
hello, my I-140 case was denied but we are on a appealing process. we need to travel abroad but we are scared that even with our advance parole travel permit we could be denied the re entry to the us. has anyone done this before? please let me know. I know that the AP is linked to the i-485, which is still pending but our i-140 is still on denial and appealing process.
N-400 Marriage Based Citizenship Interview
I have a question, so me and my husband applied for citizenship through marriage. He received his interview letter. I wanted to make sure whether I have to attend the interview with him or not. Is it optional or something? I mean I am planning on attending on anyways but I just wanted a confirmation since the interview letter is not saying anything regarding that subject.
