Return US with existing visa on 221g 5535 admin processing.
Hello, I have valid stamped visa till Dec 2024 with I-797 from Company-A. Now, I work for Company-B and have I-797 till Aug 2026.
Due to family emergency, planning to visit India on Dec 2023 and will go for visa stamping.
Anyone having experience of going for visa stamping and after receiving 221g/5535 admin processing, returning to USA on existing visa(stamped for the old employer).
Asking this as I usually receive 221g/5535 admin processing on every visa stamping so far. #221g #5535 #adminprocessing #visastamping #returnusa

What an absolutely amazing experience! My oath ceremony took place just a week after my citizenship interview, and to top it off, I received my passport the very next day. I submitted my application at 10:00 AM and by 2 PM, I had my passport in hand!

USCIS’ SYSTEM IS NOT UP TO DATE.
Hello Lawfully family. Just wanna share my experience with you all. I got my combo card approved on August 4, 2023. Six days later it updated to card was produced. Until this day, it still says that card is being produced and my Attorney received my card last Tuesday. There was no card was mailed, card was picked up by USPS, Card was delivered. The system is way off and I mean not lawfully and their online system. Has anyone else shared such experience?

Moving to another state delay I-485 process?
Hello.
I filed I-485, I-360 (as a widow) and I-765 in December 2022 from Georgia.
I believe a couple of month ago, my cases were transferred to Boston Field Office from National Benefit Center.
Last month I sent my medical RFE and it’s been 3 weeks (There is no acknowledgment of them receiving it).
I may have to move to another state in a couple of months.
If I do move, will my cases be delayed of approving my green card?
I am moving because I don’t have work permit and it is getting hard financially.
Please give me some advices and insights.

Recieved AOS approval today, mixed feelings since it is a conditional greencard even though our two year anniversary is literally next week. Didnt wanna deal with filling for removal of conditions.
