hey dear team I saw my combo approval and it’s been 2 days in my document tab but they didn’t change it on the status it’s still showing case is actively reviewed do you guys have any idea?

@fnu BILAL don’t worry it will take a week and it will change directly to card was produced and one more week you will get card in hand..same experience happened to me just got my combo

My husband has the same thing. We got the approval notice for his combo card in his account this past Saturday but the status hasn't changed yet.

it took one week and status change to Card produced, after that update 5 days i received the card
