It’s weird because without signing it online he couldn’t submit it.

it’s the i130a signature. as soon as u send urs back u will get an approval in 30 days like what happened to me

@Alice J Hmmm if he is the beneficiary it should be the I-130A? I would double check to make sure there was a signature on it, if not I’d do it super quick so there’s no more delay :)

I Did sign my I130a and they sent it back that it was not signed as well

i signed my I130a but they are saying that the i130 wasn’t sign by the beneficiary sorry

@Alice J that's weird because only the petitioner who is the USC file i130 and the beneficiary signs the i130A. if the i130 was summit online that means the Petitioner’s signature was there, because it wouldn't summit without the signature.

yes of course! but I don’t know if I can be much help I just resend everything in the mail and not electrically this time around, and 3/4 months after I was approved

@Alice J I’m just seeing your reply. did you get the RFE in your online account under documents. and also did you check to see if you put your name in the signature part of the I-130 that’s why uscis sent the RFE because I have the same issue. I just realized that in the signature part of our I-130 it’s the beneficiary name showing instead of the petitioner. please if you can help confirm I will appreciate. thank you.
