EAD I-765 approved but USCIS account is not updating.
Hi everyone,
I saw my approval notice for my EAD under the documents tab on my USCIS account on August 14th and received it via mail on August 19th.
I talked to a live agent via Emma and the agent told me that my card is being produced as of August 15th.
However, my status on my USCIS account is not changing and still mentions “case is being reviewed.”
If someone had the same problem, can you please share your timeline on when the card was delivered and if your account ever updated?

**UPDATE**
08/21/23: I-765 Case status changed to “card was produced” on the USCIS account.
08/22/23: Received tracking details for the mail via live agent.
How long did you wait for I-485 after I-130 is approved?
Concurrent filing. It’s been almost 3 weeks since I-130 was approved, but there is no changes to I-485. Both cases were transferred to the Houston FO earlier this year.
Anyone been in the same boat?

my fiancé got approved and we got our noa2 letter. they say we should wait about 2-4 weeks to get more info from NVC.

how did you hear from NVC? did they send you a letter or an email? how long do you have to wait before hearing from NVC?

I received my NOA 2 on June 29th, 2023 and we are still waiting for the NVC Welcome Letter. How long did it take for you guys to receive your Welcome Letter? Or is anyone else in the same K1 process from Dominican Republic and have any news?

hello everyone.
my pd is 09/13/2022. 08/21/2023 and still waiting for I-765 it’s been 342 days and nothing. tried to expedite on 07/19/23 and didt get a response so I tried to expedite again on 0/18/23 and they told me to give it another 7 business days. it’s been a long and tedious journey for me. some days it is normal but some days I’m extremy depress about this situation. I’m hoping that this expedite request gives me the answer I’m waiting for. anyone with a similar case/scenario with a word of advice or valuable information?
