it depends is it conditional or 10 year card. in either case it shouldn’t affect u. u need to proof that ur marriage was real at the moment u applyed not after. i would tho keep all marital as well as cheating evidence.

same here. my wife had been cheating and emotionally abusive. I would say you can wait for the approval and then communicate with him about your concerns. If he fails to listen, then you can trigger the divorce process. But I am not a fan of divorce myself. It is the last option for me.

get your green card first , don’t divorce , if it’s two years green card , it’s either you get a lawyer and document your cheating evidence before you divorce or go to the military, sign 2-3 years contract and fastrack your self to citizenship.. if it’s 10 years green card then you can divorce if you want to . But try work your relationship out if it worths it considering the fact that you guys have child together.. There’s nothing on the street .. I repeat there’s nothing on the street 😀.. good luck 🍀
