Medical RFE Timeline?
Hi All,
We filed I140 and I485 concurrently with PD of June 2023. Recieved request for biometrics in August and completed this in August.
Now we’re waiting for the Medical RFEs for the next stage.
Is anyone else in the same boat or has had a similar experience and what was your timeline like before receiving Medical RFEs?

@Mina Berut You have to wait for another 3-4 months or even more to get your i140 approved first. they will not review your i485 till your i140 is approved. getting rfe for medical is the final step in your GC process. if you received rfe for medical this means your GC process ends. I sent my I140&I485 in early March 2023 to TSC and none of them are approved.

Hey @Mina Berut, it was 4-5 months between my Biometrics being accepted and my Medical RFE which i recently received and replied to. I’m also a EB1-C Texas Service center submission, I was however transferred to NBC after my Biometrics and now Im at the Reno NV office where my Medical RFE was requested. Getting your medical RFE in a few months and hopefully before Christmas based on my timelines would be great.

@Craig Paterson how long after your I-140 approval has your I-485 been transferred to NBC?
