What does this Revocation Notice from the USCIS for my I-130 mean? Is my case going to take 10 more years?
Case Type: I-130
Case Category: F3 or F4
Service Center: Texas (was at Vermont before)
Personal History:-
My Mother sponsored me and my brothers and sisters to immigrate to the U.S. Most of them got their cases approved, however Me and my Brother A weren't as lucky. I got married and have a child now but then my Mother passed away and the case went cold. However it got renewed in 2019 but it's been quite difficult to get a grasp of my situation and I could use help.
Case History:-
- 2006: Case was submitted and was partially approved. I can't say much about what happened here as I'm not in the loop about my own case.
- 2009: My Mother passed away.
- 2019: I and my Brother A got a Letter from the NVC that my case was approved and to pay the Fees.
- 2019 (cont.): My Brother X who successfully immigrated to the U.S. and is a Citizen decided to be the replacement sponsor both Me and my Brother A. They mailed the NVC about the death of my mother and for a Humanitarian Reinstatement of our case.
- 2020: Our case was sent from the NVC back to the USCIS for further processing
- 2023: Brother A's case was approved and sent back to the NVC.
- 2023 (cont.): My case was automatically revoked, my case was then transferred to a different USCIS Center, and then a revocation notice (linked below) was sent.
I have linked the 6 page notice in the Imgur gallery before and would really appreciate some help.

How long i have to wait🤦🏻♀️
Out of processing time. We asked the congressman for help, and this what USCIS responded. This is nonsense for me.
case is under review at this time. USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in a timely, fair, and efficient manner while also ensuring public safety, national security, and compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies. While the processing steps for most applications or petitions are completed quickly, a small percentage of cases involve unresolved issues that may result in adjudication delays.
We are unable to determine at this time when the review process for the application I-485 Permanent Residence/Adjust Status (Family) will be completed. USCIS will issue a decision on application once the review process is complete. We are striving to complete the review process as soon as possible.

I don’t know what to think anymore.
Here’s the response of the live agent today!
“your interview was waived in January of this year so the next step in the process is waiting for the approval of the application this case takes 23 months to be approved and you have been waiting for 7 months at this time
your case is with the national benefits center and they work with the field offices and yours is bein reviewed by an officer from the Brooklyn field office it was last reviewed on the 28th of this month”
Insha’allah it will be quicker than that!
what should I do
my case was approved but my card was delivered to my old address and I can’t have access to it
don’t know how it happened cuz the approval notice was sent to the new address and the card was sent to the old address

WHERE IS MY GREEN CARD
Sorry for yelling in the subject line. I just wanted your attention lol.
Currently in the Marriage Green Card Process. My PD is September 2022. I submitted 485, 130, 131, and 765.
I received the combo card on 7/19, the USCIS received my Response to RFE for 485 on 6/9. The case was back to "being actively reviewed" on 7/19, but I haven't heard from the response since. I contacted Emma 60 days after they received my RFE response and asked for the Service Request. Emma also said my case is right now in the Chicago Field Office, but she can't check which state it is in. My i130 is also approved by the way.
This is very frustrating as it's taking way longer than expected. I see so many people receiving their green cards even when their PD is months later than mine.... :(
