I lost my EAD card
do I need to reapply? when I get my new EAD card, does it have a new expiration date or the same expiration date as the old one?

You will need to reapply, make sure you select “replacement” you don’t have to pay any fees if you are applying as category C09/adjusting status through family. if your initial EAD card was recently approved, they will most likely use your Biometrics so you skip that step.

when I try to apply for a new 765, it does not have the category option c9, where do I apply for it?
