40 days later and still no updates, no biometric appointment set, nothing! 😂 🥲🥲, I notice others get there is a week or days after submission, I guess it varies by state or something idk 🤷🏽♀️ I hope I get some news soon…. I pray that persons will start to see their approvals and responses coming in 🙏🏽 all the best to everyone!
Case status: At NVC
Does anyone have experienced this kind of situation? Back in December/2022 I received a letter saying that all the submitted documentation was ok and the next step should be the consulate interview. My PD is Dec/20 and I've never gotten any other letter or communication from them. I'm working remotely for my sponsor from Brazil

2020-07-12: i130 pd
2022- 06-23: i130 approval with instruction to submit i824
*Took 2 years for i130 to be approved but needed to file i824 due to an error in the adjustment of status/consular processing while filing i130(I was LPR then).
2022-06-30: i824 pd
2023-07-05: i824 approval
*i824 approved finally after a year, i130 took 3 years(in total)
2023-07-09 NVC welcome letter
2023-07-09 paid all the fees
2023-07-14 Fees were processed.
2023-07-15/16 Submitted all the documents
2023-07-27 Documentarily Qualified(DQ)
2023-09-19 Interview Letter Recived
2023-11-03 Interview Day at Kathmandu , Nepal

I-485 approved after writing to congressman!
Even though I filed for concurrent filing, my I-485 was still under review for over a month after I-130 got approved. So I decided to contact my congressman. Yesterday morning, his office got back to me saying my case was approved on that day. Today, I finally see the status update on my account. If you’re in the same situation, I highly recommend reaching out to your congressman. I think it helped!

approved??
received a mail from uscis this morning that they have taken an action on my case but i checked my online account and didn’t see any changes even on the documents tab. i also got a mail from the congressman that my application for i-765 work authorization permit has been already approved. and when i checked again my travel permit case it says “case closed” but the notice haven’t changed and says received and being reviewed. anybody have same situation? 🥺
