Medical RFE Timeline?
Hi All,
We filed I140 and I485 concurrently with PD of June 2023. Recieved request for biometrics in August and completed this in August.
Now we’re waiting for the Medical RFEs for the next stage.
Is anyone else in the same boat or has had a similar experience and what was your timeline like before receiving Medical RFEs?

CR1/IR1 Passport renewal and Surname update after DS 260 submission
Hello All,
I am already DQ'd and waiting for IL.
My passport is expiring soon so I will need to renew it. I was thinking of also updating my surname to match my spouse.
Since I will be renewing my passport (thus getting a new passport number) and updating my surname, this will be different than what I had originally submitted in the DS-260.
Would this cause any issue?
Has anyone done this before and gone through medical exam and immigration interview?

Anyone using EAD in EB2NIW while 485 pending and 140 approved
hi there, can I use EAD card meanwhile my 485 says case remain pending from June 2023. my PD is of sep 2022 and don’t know when it should be current as the action date is July 2022.
is anyone here in EAD for job, or have used EAD before getting green card? do I need to worry for anything for using EAD? any useful suggestions?
