@mo mo it was original jointed but we separated for a year due she abused me. i ve been wait for longtime but decide call uscis to know why they transferred my case to an other office ans they said it was normal process. then they emailed me late that to walk in field office. once i arrived the guy agent asked me did my wife know that i come so i told him nope. he would called her but not answer so i decide explained him the situation abuse. he said i could process abuse by myself since i have all evidence like pic hurt, police report and paper court to bring he will update everything. then 2 months late they approved my case no interview
