sticky tabs on eb2 application for exhibit
what is y'alls take on using sticky tabs to identify exhibits on eb2 application, I recently had my application returned to me for an incomplete form and I noticed that they removed every page that had the sticky tab on it, I'm about to send my application back tomorrow and I don't know if I should put the stick tab back. I had originally put the sticky tab on a blank page before each exhibit last time. please advise

request for evidence- acknowledgement of criminal record
Hello everyone. if you receive a notice for request of evidence “you failed to answer all of the questions for I-129F. please answer the following question: have you ever been arrested, cited charged or imposed?” if the answer is NO, do you have to provide supporting evidence or can you just send back the letter with the answer NO. thank you!!

DS 260 form missing previous employment and education
Hello house. I am currently filling out my DS 260 form and my previous employment and education are missing as principal applicant.
Meanwhile, my spouse's DS 260 form shows this section.
I am worried as I have spent more than 8 days trying to figure out what the problem could be, thus, the delay in the form submission.
Please if anyone can guide me, I would really appreciate.

Hello, I know that when you have the green card and want to get the citizen you cannot be outside the country for more than 6 months, my question is, must they be months in a row or are they cumulative as if in one year I was outside the country for 3 weeks and in the next year one month
W4 after EAD
I currently got EAD card and have a job offer. I know I have to fill a w4 form to start paying taxes. My question is, can I file married filing jointly? I was told I had to fill W4 out as single which I don’t agree with. Has anyone gotten a job with EAD while still waiting for green card? any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What are the documents you need to submit with I485?
Hi fam, my husband is a US citizen and we have been married for 5 years now. We have 3 children. Currently, I am on STEM OPT.
My husband has filed I130 in Dec 2022, which has been on active review for 10 months now.
I am ready to submit my I485 and AP. May I ask aside from the forms, what other documents do you need to submit with I485? I have seen some people submit all the I130 evidence records (pictures, tax returns, ….). Thank you
From F1 to Green Card
My experience overall was not that bad. I only had bad experience with the Lawyer I initially had. He made some terrible mistakes on my application forms which I think affected my decision timeline greatly. ADVICE: Don’t rely on lawyers 100% as they can make mistakes. Advocate for yourself and always be on top of your case by checking status on USCIS website.
