NVC DQ
My civil documents have been received by NVC through FedEx on 21st November 2023. NVC timeline is showing that they are reviewing the documents received on 23rd November 2023. When I may get email of DQ? Expert Opinion please. Should I post inquiry to NVC?

There is no way to be sure. They kick back my birth certificate several times, because the scan had cut off a small piece of the lower corner of the document. They didn’t tell us why it was rejected the first time, just that it needed to be replaced. After the second rejection, we knew what we had to do. we had it scanned, and it was accepted and just yesterday I became DQ.
