Is there any possibilities to schedule interview appointment before the priority date is current for eb 2 NIW in a specific country where visa slot is available?

@Dr Shamim I don't think there is such an option for immigration visas. the embassy will choose an interview date and send the notice 1-2 months prior the interview date.
For nonimmigrant visas you can choose the date using their tool on the website.
